I have this really big event that I’m going to be going to in about 3 weeks, and I really want to boost my weight loss. There is a clinic called achieve medical weight loss here in my town, but I couldn’t find any place that listed any estimates. Can anyone who knows, or who has done it before tell me? Was it overly expensive, and was it worth it?

Hello everyone, I am a 20 year old 180lb female in search of a weight loss plan. I mean I have a general idea of what to do but I really would like to get better advice from someone who has loss about 10-15lbs over the course of a month, 6 weeks max. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Please include the amount of water intake, foods u consumed and workouts done. I have access to a track, treadmill, eliptical, small weight sets and an exercise ball.

I keep hearing that not getting enough sleep affects weight loss, but is it because it just makes you hungrier, or is there some chemical thing that actually makes it difficult to lose weight, no matter how little you eat?
For example, if I ate the same amount of calories on 5 hours of sleep a night that I did on 8 hours a night, would I still lose weight either way?
